11. Thine, O Lord, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the Kingdom, O Lord, and thou art exalted as head above all.
12. Both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all.
13. Now therefore, our God, we thank thee, and praise thy glorious name.
1. Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation.
2. He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved.
7. In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.
8. Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us.
13. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

8 प्रभु देव म्हणातो, मी अल्फा आणि ओमेगाआहे. मी जो आहे, जो होतो आणि जो येत आहे. मी सर्वसमर्थ आहे.
8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

13 Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him.
16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:
17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
22 मग काही माणसांनी एकाला येशूकडे आणले. तो मनुष्य आंधळा व मुका होता व त्याच्यामध्ये भूत होते. येशूने त्या माणसाला बरे केले व तो बोलू लागला व पाहू लागला.
23 सर्व लोक चकित झाले, ते म्हणाले, हा दाविदाचा पुत्र असेल काय?
24 परूश्यांनी लोकांना हे बोलताना ऐकले. परूशी म्हणाले, भुते काढण्यासाठी येशू बालजबूल सैतानाचे सामार्थ्य वापरतो आणि बालजबूल हा तर भुतांचा प्रमुख आहे.
25 परूशी कसला विचार करीत आहेत ते येशूला जाणवत होते. म्हणून येशू त्यांना म्हणाला, आपसात लढणारी राज्ये नाश पावतात व फूट पडलेले शहर किंवा घर टिकत नाही.
26 आणि जर सैतानच सैतानला काढतो तर त्यांच्यात मतभेद आहे, त्यांच्यात फूट आहे मग त्याचे राज्य कसे टिकेल?
27 आणि मी जर बालजबुलाच्या सहाय्याने भुते काढतो तर तुमची मुले कोणाच्या सामर्थ्याने भुते काढतात. म्हणून तुमचे स्वत:चे लोक तुम्हांला चूक ठरवितील.

22 Then was brought unto him one possessed with a devil, blind, and dumb: and he healed him, insomuch that the blind and dumb both spake and saw.
23 And all the people were amazed, and said, Is not this the son of David?
24 But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, This fellow doth not cast out devils, but by Beelzebub the prince of the devils.
25 And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:
26 And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand?
27 And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast them out? therefore they shall be your judges.
28 But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.
1 दुसऱ्या वेळी येशू सरोवराच्या काठी शिक्षण देऊ लागला. पुष्कळ लोक त्याच्याभोवती जमले. मग तो सरोवरातील नावेत बसला आणि सर्व लोक सरोवराच्या किनाऱ्यावरील जमिनीवर होते.
30 येशू म्हणाला, आपण देवाचे राज्य कशासारखे आहे असे म्हणावे किंवा कोणती गोष्ट ते समजावून सांगाण्यासाठी उपयोगात आणावी?
31 ते मोहरीच्या दाण्यासारखे आहे. जो जमिनीत पेरतेवेळी पृथ्वीवरील सर्व दाण्यात सर्वात लहान असतो.

39 मग तो उठला आणि त्याने वाऱ्याला धमकाविले आणि समुद्राला म्हणाला, शांत हो! स्तब्ध राहा. मग वारा थांबला व तेथे मोठी शांतता पसरली.
40 मग तो त्यांना म्हणाला, तुम्ही का भिता? तुमच्याकडे अजुनही कसा विश्वास नाही?
41 परंतु ते अतिशय घाबरले आणि एकमेकास म्हणाले, हा आहे तरी कोण, की वारा आणि समुद्रदेखील त्याचे ऐकतात.
1 And he began again to teach by the sea side: and there was gathered unto him a great multitude, so that he entered into a ship, and sat in the sea; and the whole multitude was by the sea on the land.
30 And he said, Whereunto shall we liken the kingdom of God? or with what comparison shall we compare it?
31 It is like a grain of mustard seed, which, when it is sown in the earth, is less than all the seeds that be in the earth:
32 But when it is sown, it groweth up, and becometh greater than all herbs, and shooteth out great branches; so that the fowls of the air may lodge under the shadow of it.
35 And the same day, when the even was come, he saith unto them, Let us pass over unto the other side.
36 And when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as he was in the ship. And there were also with him other little ships.
37 And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full.
38 And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish?
39 And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.
40 And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith?
41 And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?
14 नंतर येशू व शिष्य लोकसमुदायाजवळ आल्यावर एक मनुष्य त्याच्याकडे आला आणि त्याच्यापुढे गुडघे टेकून म्हणाला,
15 प्रभु, माझ्या मुलावर दया करा. त्याला फेफरे येतात व त्याचे फार हाल होतात कारण तो सारखा विस्तवात आणि पाण्यात पडतो.
16 मी त्याला आपल्या शिष्यांकडे आणले पण त्यांना त्याला बरे करता येईना.
17 येशूने उत्तर दिले, अहो अविश्वासूव विपरीत पिढीच्या लोकांनो, मी तुमच्याबरोबर आणखी कोठवर राहू? मी तुमचे किती सहन करू? त्याला माझ्याकडे आणा.
18 येशूने त्या मुलामध्ये असलेल्या भुताला कडक रीतीने धमकावले, तेव्हा ते भूत त्याच्यातून निघून गेले आणि त्याच घटकेला तो मुलगा बरा झाला.

20 तेव्हा तो म्हणाला, तुमच्या अल्पविश्वासामुळे. मी तुम्हांला खरे सांगतो, तुमच्यात जर मोहरीच्या दाण्याएवढा विश्वास असेल तर तुम्ही या डोंगराला म्हणू शकता, येथून निघून तेथे जा, तर तो डोंगर जाईल. तुमच्यासाठी काहीही अशक्य असणार नाही.
21 तथापि, हा प्रकार प्रार्थना आणि उपवासाने बाहेर पडत नाही.
14 And when they were come to the multitude, there came to him a certain man, kneeling down to him, and saying,
15 Lord, have mercy on my son: for he is lunatick, and sore vexed: for ofttimes he falleth into the fire, and oft into the water.
16 And I brought him to thy disciples, and they could not cure him.
17 Then Jesus answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him hither to me.
18 And Jesus rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him: and the child was cured from that very hour.
19 Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we cast him out?
20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
21 Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.
1 तुमचे अंत: करण अस्वस्थ होऊ नये, देवावर विश्वास ठेवा आणि माझ्यावरही विश्वास ठेवा.
10 ... ज्या गोष्टी मी तुम्हांला सांगतो त्या माझ्या स्वत:च्या नाहीत तर माझ्यामध्ये जो पिता आहे तो स्वत: कामे करतो.
12 मी तुम्हांला खरे सांगतो मी जी कामे करतो ती कामे माझ्यावर विश्वास ठेवणाराही करील. आणि त्यापेक्षाही मोठी कामे करील. कारण मी पित्याकडे जातो.

1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
10 …the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
19 ... माझा देव तुमच्या सर्व गरजा ख्रिस्त येशूच्या ठायी असलेल्या त्याच्या गौरवी संपत्तीला साजेल अशा रीतीने पुरवील.
20 आपला देव व पिता याला अनंतकाळ गौरव असो. आमेन.
19 …my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
20 Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

The starting-point of divine Science is that God, Spirit, is All-in-all, and that there is no other might nor Mind, — that God is Love, and therefore He is divine Principle.
To grasp the reality and order of being in its Science, you must begin by reckoning God as the divine Principle of all that really is. Spirit, Life, Truth, Love, combine as one, — and are the Scriptural names for God. All substance, intelligence, wisdom, being, immortality, cause, and effect belong to God. These are His attributes, the eternal manifestations of the infinite divine Principle, Love. No wisdom is wise but His wisdom; no truth is true, no love is lovely, no life is Life but the divine; no good is, but the good God bestows.

Since God is All, there is no room for His unlikeness. God, Spirit, alone created all, and called it good. Therefore evil, being contrary to good, is unreal, and cannot be the product of God.

In the Saxon and twenty other tongues good is the term for God. The Scriptures declare all that He made to be good, like Himself, — good in Principle and in idea. Therefore the spiritual universe is good, and reflects God as He is.
Sin, sickness, and death are comprised in human material belief, and belong not to the divine Mind. They are without a real origin or existence. They have neither Principle nor permanence, but belong, with all that is material and temporal, to the nothingness of error, which simulates the creations of Truth.

Our beliefs about a Supreme Being contradict the practice growing out of them. Error abounds where Truth should "much more abound." We admit that God has almighty power, is "a very present help in trouble;" and yet we rely on a drug or hypnotism to heal disease, as if senseless matter or erring mortal mind had more power than omnipotent Spirit.
Common opinion admits that a man may take cold in the act of doing good, and that this cold may produce fatal pulmonary disease; as though evil could overbear the law of Love, and check the reward for doing good. In the Science of Christianity, Mind — omnipotence — has all-power, assigns sure rewards to righteousness, and shows that matter can neither heal nor make sick, create nor destroy.
If God were understood instead of being merely believed, this understanding would establish health.

Divine Truth, Life, and Love gave Jesus authority over sin, sickness, and death. His mission was to reveal the Science of celestial being, to prove what God is and what He does for man.

There is no power apart from God. Omnipotence has all-power, and to acknowledge any other power is to dishonor God. The humble Nazarene overthrew the supposition that sin, sickness, and death have power. He proved them powerless.

Like the great Exemplar, the healer should speak to disease as one having authority over it, leaving Soul to master the false evidences of the corporeal senses and to assert its claims over mortality and disease. The same Principle cures both sin and sickness. When divine Science overcomes faith in a carnal mind, and faith in God destroys all faith in sin and in material methods of healing, then sin, disease, and death will disappear.

If we are Christians on all moral questions, but are in darkness as to the physical exemption which Christianity includes, then we must have more faith in God on this subject and be more alive to His promises.

Man-made doctrines are waning. They have not waxed strong in times of trouble. Devoid of the Christ-power, how can they illustrate the doctrines of Christ or the miracles of grace? Denial of the possibility of Christian healing robs Christianity of the very element, which gave it divine force and its astonishing and unequalled success in the first century.
